RIH launches an online platform, where successful solutions to various problems of healthcare organization are collected

The project “Useful Orgzdrav” is a collection of practical solutions to various problems in the field of healthcare organization, health economics and digital transformation. Access to the platform is open to everyone, but it will be primarily useful for heads of medical organizations, representatives of regional executive authorities in the field of health protection, as well as specialists of MIAC.

In video clip format, convenient for viewing at any time, the authors of practices – national healthcare leaders – tell in an accessible and understandable way about the problems they faced and how they found ways to solve them. The main goal of the project is not only to combine successful cases in one place, but also to help healthcare policy makers and managers – colleagues from other regions – to improve health care delivery processes using ready-made solutions.

The portal already hosts practices on organizing medical appointments in rural areas, using digital services to increase the share of detected malignant neoplasms at early stages, remote monitoring of pregnant women's health, redistribution of functions between medical and non-medical staff to increase the number of patients admitted, as well as other successful cases. Database of useful practices will be constantly replenished.

“Visiting Russian regions, we see many successful solutions and organizational models in the field of digital transformation, patient routing, and primary health care delivery. The best practices can be replicated and implemented in medical organizations across the country”, said Olga Kobyakova, RIH Director.
