Department of Economics, Resource Provisions and Labor Remuneration in Healthcare

The Department provides the search of optimal options for organizing the remuneration system in healthcare, substantiates the mechanism for increasing  the accessibility to innovative medical technologies for the citizens of the Russian Federation. The Department employees analyze the results of structural transformation of healthcare system in the constituent entities of the RF, scientifically justify the mechanism for distributing the volumes of medical   care between the medical organizations working in the sector of Mandatory Health Insurance.

The Department is engaged in studying the legal and regulatory basics to determine the norms, expressed in natural indicators, for calculating financial cost standards for public health service. The Department also studies the optimization of the state (municipal) institutions activity with using various financial support sources (budget, MHI, paid service), as well as formation of the mechanism for increasing the efficiency of healthcare workers activity – increasing labor motivation and improving professional competences.
