Technical customer service

Technical customer service for Digital Transformation projects was established in 2020. Its goal is to provide organizational and methodical unity in implementation of individual objectives and management functions for the digital transformation projects of department digital transformation programs with the assignment or distribution of powers to insure:

а) organizational, methodical and technical support for implementation of digital transformation projects;

б) management of the information systems structure and the information and telecommunication infrastructure, as well as methodical and organization support to optimize authority’s activity;

в) compliance verification of the digital transformation projects and activities as a part of the Program and the results of their implementation;

г) ensuring the placement in the federal state information system for information  coordination the data about information systems and components of information and telecommunication infrastructure created and acquired  at the expense of the federal budget and budgets of the state extra-budgetary funds according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2012  No 644 “On the federal state information  system for accounting information systems created and acquired  at the expense of the federal budget and budgets of the state extra-budgetary funds”.
