Formation of structured electronic medical documents (SEMD) for conducting electronic medical document management of the Health Ministry of Russia.
The most important solution of the digitization problem is providing electronic medical document management (EMDM) based on structured electronic medical documents (SEMD). The solution includes the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI), federal registers, vertically integrated health information systems (VIHIS), and specialized information systems implemented within the frames of “Healthcare” national project.
